Terms of Service

Last updated: July 2026

1. Service Description

Elite Q Solutions LLC ("Elite Q," "we," "us") provides the Strategic Financial Intelligence Review (SFIR), a pre-litigation public-record evidence mapping service. The SFIR compiles publicly available information and client-supplied records into a structured, source-traceable PDF intelligence brief for use by family law practitioners and divorce attorneys.

2. What We Are Not

Elite Q Solutions LLC is a technology-enabled research company. We do not operate as:

  • A licensed private investigation agency
  • A law firm or provider of legal advice
  • A financial auditor or certified fraud examiner
  • A forensic laboratory or digital forensics provider
  • A fund recovery or asset recovery service

Our reviews are advisory compilations of public and client-provided records. They do not constitute legal advice, expert testimony, or definitive declarations of guilt or liability.

3. Service Terms

  • Price: $250 flat fee per review (1 target entity)
  • Turnaround: 3 business days after validated payment and intake
  • Deliverable: 4–6 page evidence-traceable PDF with a maximum of 5 material findings
  • Communication: Written-only (email). No telephone or video consultations
  • Payment: 100% upfront via Stripe. No work begins until payment clears
  • Revision: One limited revision for factual corrections within 14 days of delivery

4. Scope Boundaries

The SFIR includes:

  • Public domain registration and hosting history lookup
  • Corporate registry and business filing verification
  • Comparison of target terms of service, privacy statements, and public disclaimers
  • Chronology synthesis of client-supplied interaction logs
  • Payment-channel and public merchant descriptor mapping

The SFIR excludes:

  • Direct target contact or communication
  • Asset seizure, fund recovery, or chargeback filing
  • Non-public database access (credit reports, identity files)
  • Active intrusion, penetration testing, or malware analysis
  • Legal advice, expert testimony, or legal declarations
  • Dark-web scanning or device forensics (deferred higher-tier capability)

5. Refund Policy

Our refund policy is structured around five canonical rules:

  1. Declined engagement: Full refund if Elite Q declines the engagement before research begins.
  2. Unidentifiable subject: Full refund if the subject cannot be reliably identified through public sources before research begins.
  3. Inability to deliver: Full or proportionate refund if Elite Q cannot deliver the agreed scope due to our limitations.
  4. Completed scope: No refund after research begins when the agreed scope has been completed and delivered.
  5. Dissatisfaction limit: Client dissatisfaction alone does not create a refund obligation when the defined work was delivered as scoped.

6. Client Authorization

By submitting an SFIR request, you confirm that you are authorized to request a public records review on behalf of your client, and that you agree to the scope and limitations described herein. You acknowledge that Elite Q does not provide legal advice and that all research outputs are advisory in nature.

7. Limitation of Liability

Elite Q Solutions LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our reports. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific engagement. Reports are based on publicly available information at the time of research and may not reflect subsequent changes.

8. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky. Any disputes shall be resolved through written negotiation before pursuing formal remedies.
