1. Information We Collect

We collect only the information necessary to scope and deliver your Strategic Financial Intelligence Review (SFIR):

• Your name, email address, and firm/organization name
• Matter type, target entity details, and case description
• Client-supplied documents (receipts, correspondence, screenshots)
• Payment information (processed securely through Stripe — we never store card numbers)

2. What We Never Collect

Elite Q's intake process is not designed to collect, and clients should not submit:

• Target passwords, bank credentials, or full card numbers
• Social Security numbers or government-issued ID numbers
• Non-public personal data, credit reports, or identity files
• Information about the target that is not publicly accessible

3. How We Use Your Information

All client-supplied information is used exclusively to scope, research, and deliver the contracted SFIR report. We do not use client data for marketing, resale, or any purpose beyond the engagement scope.

4. Data Processing & Security

We use access-controlled systems and data-minimization practices designed to reduce unnecessary exposure of client information. Intake data is processed through approved service providers and retained only as needed for the engagement and legitimate business or legal purposes. No system can guarantee absolute security, so clients should not submit passwords, bank credentials, full card numbers, Social Security numbers, or account-access secrets.

5. Data Retention & Disposal

We retain client-supplied records and working files only as long as reasonably necessary to scope and deliver the engagement, address quality or dispute needs, and satisfy applicable legal or accounting requirements. We periodically review records for deletion. Clients may request deletion of information that is not subject to a legal, contractual, fraud-prevention, accounting, or dispute-preservation requirement.

6. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

• Stripe — Secure payment processing
• Formspree — Homepage form submission handling
• Jotform — Dedicated intake form processing
• GitHub Pages — Website hosting
• Google Fonts — Typography delivery

We do not sell client data. Information may be processed by service providers only as reasonably necessary for intake, payment, communications, hosting, and delivery, subject to their own terms and privacy practices.

7. Your Rights

We will respond to verified privacy requests within a reasonable period and as required by applicable law, subject to legal, accounting, fraud-prevention, contractual, or dispute-preservation obligations.
